The Berwick Campus Representative initiates campus-based activities, identifies issues pertaining specifically to their campus and ensures the interests of Berwick–based postgraduates are represented at the MPAEC and within the broader university.

He is married with two children and has been in Monash as a student for over 8 years. He has overseas teaching experience in economics at university level and has been involved in many urban and rural community development projects with students.
Roy Rozario, is a lifelong learner currently doing his doctorate with over 20 years of teaching experience, including at Monash. He has a Masters and M.Phil degree in Economics, M.Ed. (ICT), Grad.Dip.Ed. and Grad.Cert. Mathematics. His Publications include one conference paper and two book chapters in the area of expansive learning, mobile technologies and teacher pedagogy which is his topic of research in his PhD. One of his publication has won the Outstanding Author Contribution in the 2016 Emerald Literati Network Awards for Excellence. Roy is a Golden Key member and a registered teacher in Victorian Institute of Teaching.
Roy is a musician and plays drums and trumpet for local gigs. He is also actively involved within the railway community in health, safety and trauma support. He has current accredited qualifications and certificate in Mental Health, First Aid Australia and Health and Safety recognised by Worksafe Victoria, Australia.
