Background

I’m an international student from China. I received my bachelor’s degree of engineering at Monash in 2017 and decided to continue my PhD study here.

Research

I am currently in the first year of PhD in materials engineering. My research is about understanding photocurrent generation in donor/acceptor organic solar cells.

I hold the position of Education Office (Research) this year and this is my first term of MPAEC. I pursued this position in MPA because I am willing to make contributions to the community I enjoyed staying in.

As an education officer of research, I will do my best to get HDR students involved in the community and deal with the practical problems that they worry about. Together I believe we can really make changes happen and improve our working and studying environment.

Personal interests

I like yoga and guitar. I am still learning and practicing guitar often in my spare time. Because of this, I like music events such as concerts and music festivals as well.
