Study-Life Balance on MGA Instagram Live

12:00pm to 12:30pm

Join us live on Instagram for 30 minutes of Study-Life balance! Each session includes 10 minutes of movement to get the blood flowing, 10 minutes of trivia to sharpen your mind and 10 minutes of entertainment to remind you that there is still a world out there.

Session 1 – Tuesday, 10 November

  • Watch and follow Rhian for ten minutes of Chair Yoga.
  • Daily Trivia – comment with your answers to be in the running for the prize.
  • Join our live segment for ten minutes of laughter therapy with Rhian. She will bring the jokes and you just have to laugh at them. There will be prizes!

Session 2 – Wednesday, 11 November

  • Watch and follow along with Rhian for ten minutes of ASMR meditation and breath work.
  • Daily Trivia – comment with your answers to be in the running for the prize.
  • Are you a champion pen spinner? Can you balance a fork on your tongue? Or dance with your eyebrows? It takes some serious skill and focus, plus has a load of benefits. If you have got a special talent to share, tune in live to show us, There will be prizes!

Session 3 – Thursday, 12 November

  • Watch and follow along for ten relaxing minutes of colour therapy with Rhian

  • Live Movie Charades for those of you who have honed your Hollywood knowledge with HOURS of lockdown Netflix. Challenge yourself – they say it boosts creativity and stimulates the mind. Plus there will be prizes up for grabs!
