Background
Hi, I am Thi Thai Thu Ho. However, you can call me Allison. I am an international student from Vietnam. Being a student in an allied health major, I do understand the importance of balancing our life between working or studying, and relaxing.
My name in Vietnamese also means relaxing, which is also one of my personal characteristics. That is why I want to bring a breath of peace and chill over the course of your journey as a postgraduate at Monash University. Besides intensive and interesting studying hours, there should be joyful academic and non-academic events.
Peninsula is a small campus in comparison with Caulfield or Clayton. It has been a challenge for us to have diverse events and services to fulfil our needs in the past. I am a good listener. Additionally, I have some experience in holding events in my community, with health promotion for aged people and outdoor activities for children during Children’s Day while I was an undergraduate. Hence, I am here to listen to your needs and to work out more meaningful events and services for Peninsula postgraduates.
Personal Interests
I am interested in music, playing ukulele, doing yoga and mindfulness.
